The Wells Youth Baseball  program is mainly for 7th and 8th graders who want to continue their development in baseball once they age out of Little League. The Wells Youth Baseball program fields teams at multiple levels to help further develop the skills necessary to continue on to High School baseball.

While competitive in nature, the JBO program takes pride in finding a place for all players, regardless of skill level. The high school program works closely with the respective Wells Youth Baseball teams to make for a seamless transition from their 8th grade year to the first year of High School .
